What Kanyman is
Kanyman helps businesses receive requests from multiple channels, prepare answers with AI, and keep every conversation in one inbox. The agent only uses the knowledge and rules of the selected project.
- Answers common customer questions and supports the first line of service.
- Prepares a draft for an employee or sends the answer automatically when allowed.
- Hands the conversation to a person when information is missing or an operator must make the decision.
- Keeps message history, delivery statuses, and agent actions.
02
How the work is organized
- 1A workspace brings together projects for one company or team.
- 2A project keeps its own channels, knowledge, conversations, and access settings.
- 3An agent receives a role, instructions, and operator handoff rules.
- 4A channel receives messages from Telegram, Web Chat, or a future integration.
- 5The inbox shows the entire conversation and its current handling mode.
03
When AI answers and when a person does
- Paused — messages are stored, but the agent does not run.
- Drafts — the agent suggests an answer for an operator to review and send.
- Auto reply — the system only sends an answer that passed the automated check.
- Handed to operator — automatic replies stop until the conversation is returned to the agent.
